How to Delete My Account

At Banzeeni, we provide you with the option to delete your account using our Banzeeni Pilot application. Please be aware if you have any pending or ongoing orders, you will not be able to delete your account. Please complete all your orders first before deleting your account. To delete your account on Pilot Application please follow the following steps:

Open the Banzeeni Pilot app on your mobile device
Next click on the Burger Icon (three horizontal lines) located at the top left corner of the screen.
On the bottom of the page there is a red button (Delete Account), on that button
tick the box (I understand that I will not be able to access my account again)
Finally click on Delete account button.

Please not that your account data will be deleted permanently after 30 days, if during this 30 day you want to access the account you can.
