How does Banzeeni's on-demand fuel application work?

Banzeeni's on-demand application allows you to order fuel conveniently through your mobile or tablet devices. Simply download the Banzeeni app, create an account, provide us with your preferred fuel type, your location, payment method and place your order! A fuel truck will be dispatched to your location to refill your vehicle for you.

What types of fuel does Banzeeni offer for delivery?

For the time being, Banzeeni provides petrol fuel, specifically the Muhasaan and Super variants. We strive to provide our customers with the best quality petrol available. We plan to offer normal petrol in the future when we can guarantee top-quality fuel.

What are the operating hours for Banzeeni's fuel delivery service?

Can I order fuel for a generator, or other non-vehicle equipment?

For the time being we only provide fuel for cars, you’ll be notified if any change happens.

What payment methods are accepted by Banzeeni?

Banzeeni currently accepts cash payments for fuel deliveries. However, we are actively working closely with local financial institutions to provide digital payment options in the near future. Stay tuned for updates on our expanded payment methods!

What areas does Banzeeni cover for fuel delivery?

Banzeeni's fuel delivery service covers a wide range of areas within the city of Erbil. We strive to expand our coverage to serve as many customers as possible. To check if we deliver to your location, simply go on the Banzeeni app, enter your location details and click Delivery. If you are taken to the next stage, then it is available. If not, you will be met with an Out of Zone message where you can subscribe to be notified once we start delivering to your location.

Is there a limit on the quantity of fuel I can order for delivery?

Banzeeni does not have a specific limit on the quantity of fuel you can order for delivery. However, there may be legal regulations or safety considerations that need to be adhered to. Please ensure your order complies with the applicable rules and regulations.

Can I order fuel for multiple vehicles in a single delivery?

Yes, you can order fuel for multiple vehicles in a single delivery. When placing your order through the Banzeeni app, you can specify the quantity of fuel needed for each vehicle. Our fuel truck will arrive with the appropriate fuel quantity you need to meet your requirements.
